"Easy return, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
I had to return a dress because it didn’t fit quite right, and the actual return process was painless. I printed the label, shipped it back, and got my refund a few days later, which was great. My only annoyance was that some of the instructions/emails were a little unclear, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at first. But in the end, it worked out fine and I’d still shop here again.

I ordered a dress and a pair of earrings and they both looked just like the pics. The dress fabric feels really nice, not cheap at all, and the earrings have held up good so far. Happy with it.

"The sizing ended up being right on"
I ordered a dress and two tops from Francesca’s and was a little unsure at first because I’m usually between sizes.
I checked the size chart and went with my normal size, and that made the fit work out really well. The dress had a bit of stretch, so it felt comfortable, and the tops fit nicely without being tight in the arms.
Since everything fit the way I expected, I’m really happy with the order. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"I don’t really see what there is..."
I don’t really see what there is to complain about here, because francesca's was easy to shop on. I found what I was looking for quickly, and the filters actually did their job, which is more than I can say for a lot of clothing sites. Checkout was straightforward too, with no random glitches or pages taking forever to load. I’d definitely use it again.

"Cute styles with a solid mix"
I’ve found a lot of really cute pieces here, and the selection has a good variety overall. The only thing I wish is that some of the popular styles would stay in stock a bit longer. Still, I’d say it’s worth checking out if you like fun, trendy picks.

"Shipping felt a bit slower than it should’ve"
Shipping was okay, but my gut feeling is it could’ve been handled a little better. It took longer than I expected, so I wasn’t super impressed, but it did eventually arrive.

"Cute finds for a fair price"
I’ve ordered from francescas.com a few times now, the prices are decent, especially when they’re having a sale. I got a dress and a pair of earrings, and both looked like the photos, which is always a relief because you never really know until it shows up...
For what I paid, I’m happy with it. The dress didn’t feel cheap, the earrings were cute, and shipping was totally fine, nothing super fast, but no problems either. I like being able to grab little gifts or something cute to wear without spending a bunch, so yeah, I’d order again

"Customer service was honestly really helpful"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out, not really expecting much, but customer service got back to me quickly. The person I talked to was actually nice and didn’t just send some generic copy-paste response, which I appreciated. They fixed everything without me having to keep following up or explain it over and over, so... yeah, really happy with how it all worked out.
